1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only processed for the service fee paid to Kaagzaat. Any government fees, taxes, or third-party costs already disbursed or paid to authorities are non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation and refund, please email us at support@kaagzaat.com with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. The timestamp of your email will be considered the "cancellation time" for calculating the 24-hour window.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. Statutory Changes

Kaagzaat is not responsible for changes in government regulations, fees, or timelines that occur after the order is placed. No refunds will be issued due to delays caused by government portals or authorities.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes relating to refunds or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/New Delhi only.

6. Rejection of Applications

In the event that an application is rejected by the government authorities due to factors outside Kaagzaat's control (e.g., name unavailability, mismatched documentation provided by the client), no refund of service fees will be provided.
